Certifications and standards
ISO/IEC 27001
Particularly due to increasing cyber threats, it's becoming more crucial to identify risks in IT and data management and proactively eliminate vulnerabilities. The globally recognized standard in this field is ISO/IEC 27001. This standard defines the requirements for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
With the certification according to ISO/IEC 27001, ADESTIS is recognized for protecting confidential data and continuously improving the integrity and availability of our IT systems.
IDW PS 951 Type 2 / ISAE 3402 Type 2
ADESTIS complies with the IDW Auditing Standard PS 951, published by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW). This standard governs the audit of outsourced internal control systems at a service organization. In addition to this variant, which considers specific legal and other requirements in Germany, we also operate in accordance with the international standard ISAE 3402 Type 2.
In particular, the stricter regulations of Type 2, compared to Type 1, provide you and your auditors with assurance that high security standards and the effectiveness of our internal control system have been demonstrated for the past fiscal year.
VMware Cloud verified
ADESTIS has had „VMware Cloud Verified” status since 2020. This states that our customers have access to the full range of possibilities and capabilities of the VMware cloud infrastructure. The original text of the announcement:
“Cloud Verified badge signals to customers that ADESTIS offers a service running on top of the complete VMware Cloud infrastructure. Through Cloud Verified partner services, customers attain access to the full set of VMware Cloud Infrastructure capabilities including integration and interoperability, cost optimization and flexibility.”
